Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with an item, our exchange and refund policy makes the return process easy and fair.

Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., domes, wax guards) must be unopened

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We offer hassle-free exchanges for eligible items. Contact our team within the 14-day window, and we’ll help arrange the swap.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened accessories
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital services or downloads

Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
